Our client is looking to a recruit an Occupational Health Clinical Manager to be based in the North West with nationwide travel to client sites when required.

The role-

  • Manage and support a team of allocated OHA’s and Nurses covering seven sites.
  • Deliver Occupational Health Service to clients and ensure that the provision of the occupational health advice is of the highest standards.
  • Act as an ambassador and promote the Company and the Occupational Health services available.
  • Ensure clinical standards of best practice and standardisation of systems
  • Supporting the Director of Clinical Services as a member of the OH Management team in advising on the tactical direction of the clinical operations service delivery including quality , governance , operating model and business rules ensuring services to clients are delivered within the contract.

 

  • Understand the Company’s objectives and values.
  • Assist with induction and training of new employees within the Team
  • Manage confidential data in line with the Data Protection Act
  • Contribute ideas and suggestions to continuously improve the Customer Experience
  • Ensure that the competency of all staff and any training complies with service needs.
  • Work with the clinical director and other members of the OH team to ensure professional development of the team.
  • Deputise as the lead for Clinical Services including but not limited to Occupational Health and Wellbeing Services in compliance with SEQOHS 

 

  • Occupational Health diploma/degree & NMC registration is essential.
  • Previous managerial experience is required (including employee management).
  • Demonstrable experience within Occupational Health departments, preferably private sector experience.
  • Experience of attending meetings and client reviews is required.
  • Knowledge of Outlook and Word is essential, and knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint is desired.
  • Full UK driving licence
