What You’ll Do:

  • Champion HR Policies: Provide expert support to our Senior Management Team (SMT) and Managers, ensuring smooth interpretation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Lead with Precision: Oversee our onsite HR and Finance Administrators, driving efficiency and accuracy in all HR and finance processes.
  • Foster a Positive Work Environment: Manage grievances, disciplinaries, and absences with empathy and adherence to company policies, enhancing workplace harmony.

What You Bring:

  • HR Expertise: Proven experience in coordinating HR activities, ideally within the corporate environment. Healthcare sector experience is a plus but not required.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team, ensuring timely and accurate completion of HR activities, including payroll processing.
  • Communication Proficiency: Strong communicator, adept at handling sensitive situations with staff and managers at all levels.
  • Operational Excellence: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring compliance with policies and best practices.
  • Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and relationship-building skills.
  • CIPD Progression: Working towards CIPD is desirable but not essential.
