Occupational Therapist

Permanent | Full time role based in Bromley.
Salary: up to £35,000 per annum based on experience.

Our well established client are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join their team on a permanent basis.

Throughout this role, you will be providing care for patients with acute mental health conditions, addiction issues including both drug and alcohol and working on the specialist Eating Disorders unit. 

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Carry out OT assessments to identify patient needs, before planning and delivering the appropriate interventions on either an individual or group basis.
• Compose OT reports and attend multidisciplinary meetings.
• Manage and co-ordinate individual OT treatment plans, facilitate groups and oversee the unit programmes.
• Deliver supervision to Occupational Therapy Assistants where appropriate.

Qualifications & Experience:

• HCPC registered
• BSc (Hons) in Occupational Therapy
• Experience working in a mental health setting.
