Occupational Therapist Assistant
Permanent | Full time and part time hours available
Based in Bristol
Salary: £21,000 - £23,000 per annum.
Our well established client are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join their team on a permanent basis cross an acute ward and an eating disorders ward.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Under the guidance of the occupational therapist:
- Supporting therapeutic goals and improving the care and lives of individuals. This will be facilitated via individual and group-based interventions
- You will be involved in planning and delivering therapy groups on the ward, encouraging involvement, and helping with developing practical skills and social interactions.
- You will also be responsible for effectively and accurately updating clinical records and computerised information, in a timely manner.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience of working in health and social care setting.
