Screening & Immunisation Nurse

Covering; - Leeds, Harrogate, Huddersfield and Sheffield

Part time 3 days per week | Permanent

 

We are recruiting for an Occupational Health Screening & Immunisation Nurse to work as part of a team travelling to multiple client sites to deliver vaccination clinic, pre-placement questionnaires and maintain appropriate records.

You will work 3 days a week covering clinics in the following locations:

Leeds, Harrogate, Huddersfield and Sheffield

You will ensure that your clinical assessment skills are maintained in line with best practice. In addition to the vaccination clinics, you will carry out pre-placement questionnaires and maintain appropriate records.

You will be a registered nurse and have ability to work confidently and independently whilst operating within a team framework and be able to demonstrate a self-motivated and proactive approach to work, you will have previous immunisation experience and are confident taking bloods.
 

Skill Required

• Administering Immunisations
• Administering Vaccinations
• Understanding of patient confidentiality
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients and patients
• Adapted communication methods
• Clear communication with excellent customer service skills
• Demonstrates a self-motivated and proactive approach to work

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Nursing
