Permanent, part-time
Based on single-site in Wantage
Salary up to £45,000 per annum

Our client are looking for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to work within their in-house OH service. You would work on a single site in Wantage. You would work together with the OH Physician, H&S Advisor, Physiotherapist and other key stakeholders to provide a professional OH service. 

Occupational Health Advisor duties:

  • Fitness to work assessments
  • Pre-placement medicals
  • Case management 
  • Health surveillance
  • Health promotion initiatives
  • Phlebotomy
  • DSE Assessments
  • Some first aid/walk in duties
  • Monitoring/reviewing policies and procedures

Occupational Health Advisor required skills:

  • Current and valid NMC pin
  • Previous experience working as an Occupational Health Advisor
  • Knowledge of the Equality Act 2010 and its provisions
  • Strong report writing skills
  • Proficiency in the full OH remit
