The Role
Greys Specialist Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Senior Occupational Health Advisor to join our client's team in Bridgwater, Somerset. Your leadership will empower the existing team and make a real impact on employee well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily occupational health operations
  • Conduct health surveillance and fitness for work assessments
  • Deliver high-quality case management and health education
  • Mentor and support less experienced team members
  • Ensure compliance with NMC guidelines and maintain professional standards

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualifications: Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN; Occupational Health diploma/degree preferred
  • Experience: Strong background in occupational health, case management, and health surveillance
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and IT skills; proactive and adaptable
