Our client is growing, they are looking for an experienced Clinical Lead or a senior occupational health professional wanting to make the step up to become a clinical lead. 

You will be joining and becoming an integral part of the senior team and be involved in all clinical aspects. You will lead a team of occupational health professionals working with difference clients 
and promote quality driven, proactive occupational health services. You will work with new clients to help design their occupational health service and plan the implementation of the service. This position is a fantastic opportunity to be part 
of a progressive and growing OH provider, where you can make a real difference.

Our client is looking for a Clinical Lead with experience of: 
-Daily clinical management
-Lead, develop, grow and motivate clinical to staff
-Review and ensure policies and procedures are up to date
-Review and implement new quality procedures 
-Build client relationships
-Be part of new client implementation 
-Manage Clinical Audit program 
-Knowledge of SEQOHS standard and quality accreditations processes
