Occupational Therapist
Location: Wiltshire 
Agency Contract - Full time, 37.5 hours per week
Rates: Great hourly rates of pay (weekly pay)

Join a dynamic Reablement Team that empowers individuals to regain independence after illness, injury, or hospital admission. Led by Occupational Therapists and supported by dedicated Assistants and Support Workers, this team is all about positive impact.

Duties:

  • Conduct strength-based assessments and create tailored reablement plans.
  • Work directly with customers in their own homes to promote independence.
  • Collaborate with families to achieve meaningful, long-term outcomes.

Requirements:

  • HCPC registered.
  • Qualified Occupational Therapist with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
  • A full UK driver's license.
