Occupational Health Advisor
Location: Onsite, Bristol
Salary: £43,000 - £45,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, Monday - Friday

We have an opportunity for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join our client's established multidisciplinary team in Bristol. This is a full time permanent role, working Monday to Friday.

What you will be doing:

  • Case Management: Provide expert, evidence-based case management for referrals, including attendance and fitness-for-work evaluations.
  • OH Guidance: Deliver legislative and best-practice advice on occupational health issues to support both clients and employees.
  • Health Surveillance & Fitness Assessments: Conduct fitness medicals, spirometry, audiometry, drug and alcohol screening, and general health assessments
  • Comprehensive Reporting: Write professional and thorough reports
  • Clinical Supervision: Support and guide team members, including Occupational Health Technicians, and share your expertise on a range of health services such as vaccinations and ergonomic advice.

What you will need:

  • Qualifications: Registered Nurse (Part 1) plus a postgraduate Occupational Health qualification (Degree/Diploma).
  • Experience: Skilled in spirometry, audiometry and case management.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, time management, and IT literacy, along with a proactive and flexible approach to work.
