Case Management Clinical Lead

Permanent | Full time and part time hours available 
Location: Remote with occasional travel
Salary: up to £48,000 per annum (based on experience)

Our client is seeking a dedicated Clinical Lead to join their experienced Multi-Trauma team on a permanent basis.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and advice to a team of Rehabilitation Case Managers.
  • Ensure clinical quality by leading, training, and auditing the work of your team.
  • Conduct case reviews, interpret clinical audits, and ensure quality assurance in service delivery.
  • Collaborate with partner organisations and contribute to delivering outstanding rehabilitation outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Registered with HCPC, NMC, or an equivalent professional body.
  • Experienced with at least 5 years of clinical practice, including orthopaedics, and 3 years of Rehabilitation Case Management.
  • Skilled in supervising, mentoring, and coaching staff.
  • Knowledgeable about statutory and private healthcare and rehabilitation services in the UK.
  • Analytical, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage workloads effectively.
  • Able to drive, with a full, clean UK driving licence.
