Our client, a well-established and rapidly growing business in the IVA and Debt Management sector, is looking for a Debt Management Administrator to join their team in Manchester city centre. The Role
As a Debt Management Administrator, you’ll support the Debt Management Team Leader in managing a portfolio of clients. This includes financial reviews, credit control, customer service, and liaising with creditors to ensure a seamless service.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct annual and ad-hoc income and expenditure reviews.
- Communicate with clients via phone, SMS, and email while adhering to GDPR regulations and company policies.
- Update and maintain client payment schedules and CRM systems.
- Liaise with creditors and support team leaders as needed.
- Ensure compliance with FCA, Consumer Duty, CASS, and TCF standards.
What You’ll Need
- At least 12 months of experience in the debt management industry.
- Strong organisational, administrative, and IT skills.
- Professionalism and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Effective time management and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Performance Goals
- Collect 90% of payments on reviewed cases monthly.
- Achieve 90% on call audits and 80% on internal audits.
- Attend all required training sessions to maintain compliance and standards.
