About the Role:

In this pivotal leadership position, you’ll be at the helm of a dynamic team of Field Sales Account Managers and Business Development Consultants. Your main focus will be to inspire and guide your team towards hitting ambitious sales targets, improving customer retention, and driving the company’s growth through new business opportunities. You won’t just be overseeing the day-to-day—you’ll be actively involved in shaping the strategy, refining processes, and ensuring that your team is consistently performing at their best.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Key qualifications and experience include:

  • Extensive sales leadership experience in business services, ideally with a background in B2B sales or similar sectors.
  • A proven ability to drive growth, exceed sales targets, and deliver results in a competitive marketplace.
  • Experience leading and developing teams, with a focus on coaching and performance improvement.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to develop and implement growth strategies.
