The Role:

As an IVA Advisor, you will be responsible for speaking with individuals seeking financial solutions, assessing their circumstances, and guiding them through the IVA process. You’ll provide expert advice, ensuring that clients understand their options while maintaining compliance and ethical sales practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls with potential clients regarding IVAs and debt solutions.

  • Conducting thorough financial assessments to determine eligibility.

  • Providing clear, ethical, and compliant advice on IVAs and alternative debt solutions.

  • Managing the application process from initial contact to submission.

  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

  • Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an IVA Advisor or in a similar financial solutions role.

  • Strong knowledge of IVAs, debt solutions, and FCA compliance.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a focus on ethical sales.

  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented.
