Position: Occupational Health Advisor (OHA)
Contract: Temporary (at least 3 months)
Hours: 1 Day a Fortnight (Wednesdays), Flexible Hours (8-4 or 8:30-4:30)
Location: Merthyr Tydfil
Salary: Competitive Hourly Rate

About the Role: Are you an experienced Occupational Health Advisor looking for a part-time opportunity? We require an OHA to work for our client once every two weeks to conduct management referrals onsite in Merthyr Tydfil. This temporary role, lasting at least 3 months, offers a unique chance to make a significant impact on the health and well-being of the workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management Referrals: Conduct thorough management referrals, providing expert advice on employee health and fitness for work.
• Onsite Presence: Be available onsite every Wednesday to address health concerns and support the team.
• Flexible Hours: Choose between working 8-4 or 8:30-4:30, with some flexibility to suit your schedule.
