Lead Occupational Health Advisor

Full-time, Permanent

Birmingham - Hybrid role, travel to three sites once a month

As the Lead Occupational Health Advisor, you will:

• Oversee a regional team of Occupational Health Technicians and Advisors.
• Manage day-to-day clinical operations and clinic activities.
• Ensure adherence to Occupational Health standards and policies.
• Provide clinical supervision and maintain staffing levels.

 

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (NMC)
• Occupational Health qualification (certificate, diploma, or degree)
• Proven experience managing an Occupational Health team
• Strong knowledge of health surveillance and case management
